Do not waste your money on this piece of junk. I have still yet to receive an accurate reading on this. It'll give me a reading, 2 minutes later a different reading, 10 minutes later a different reading, 30 minutes later another different reading, etc. Several times it came up as 0.00 even after a few drinks. Not reliable whatsoever. It's very cheaply made and the instructions have either really bad grammar or bad translation. Here's a quote from the instructions: "The 'Blow' symbol is displayed when warm-up is succeed."

and another: "When after drinking, it is recommended to last after 20 minutes, because 20 minutes is approximate for alcohol to be absorbed into blood from the digestive organs, and residual alcohol remaining in the mouth takes this long to dissipate."

Bought this cause it had one bad review and one good. I will give it it's second bad review. Within 2 mins it gave me 0.0, 0.2, 0.8, 0.1, etc. If it was close it would have been one thing, but it isn't even close.

I purchased this as a stocking stuffer. Friends were over having a few drinks and we tried it out. It seemed to work fine, (although I don't know what anyone would have blown on a police tester).
No one blew above a .05 and that seemed about right.
I like that you don't have to put your mouth directly on the device,
so that various people were able to try it.
