This is the only resveratrol supplement I have taken, and I have taken 7 different brands so far, that I actually felt some effects from. The most dramatic effect was relief of the arthritis and stiffness in my knees. I honestly feel like I am twenty years younger.

I have been taking this for a few months. I started to notice results after about a week and a half. My energy levels have increased dramatically. Prior to starting this I suffered from major depression. I also have a autoimmune disorder (MG) which causes muscle weakness. I am no longer depressed and I now have enough strength and energy to work out everyday. I also noticed that my PMS symptoms have all but disappeared. I can honestly say that I feel better right now than I ever have in my entire life. I have not lost any weight, but I was not overweight to begin with.
My husband noticed such a dramatic change in me that he started taking it himself. He has only been taking it for a few weeks, but is also noticing increased energy levels.
I highly recommend this product to anyone!
