I purchased this item and the driver software is in Chinese and I couldn't find a web site anywhere that was helpful. Without the video drivers, the unit is just a fancy USB drive. I don't recommend the purchase of Mambate products as they don't seem to support ENGLISH...

Mambate 2GB USB2.0 SPY Pen Video and Voice Camcorder Recording with 300K Pixel Drive Cam Camera Pin-hole Camera DVR (up to 10 hours Video recording)

I purchased two of these pens to work as babysitter spy. One of them didn't work never. With the second one, the item describes in the website up to 10 hours video recording, but was impossible go beyond 2 hours (I used the lowest video resolution as described in the manual) was the first frustration. The major frustration was when the pen simply stopped to record. No life signal, I have tried charge the batteries for several hours and nothing. This product is the worst I purchased in Amazon by far. I just would like to have these pens working. What is easier for me full refund or new pens again ?

First one came broke, second one broke in less than week. The on off click button is built so poorly, that it easily broken, don't waste you time or money.
