These are high quality cords, very nice. The fact that each cord has a receptacle built into the back of the plug end, allows you to double the number of devices you can connect to your power strips. Just watch the total wattage of your devices. you don't want to overload the power strip.

In the live music scene, these liberators are essential to make good use of space demanded by wall warts -- i.e., power transformers that typically change A/C to D/C. The need goes beyond feeding live music devices.

There aren't too many like products on the market AFAIK, and these are quite adequate. When possible, buy the ones with an additional A/C outlet on top, which makes use of the space where you've plugged it into your power strip / outlet. The manufacturer's website should show you both versions.

A must have for tight spots where you've got lots of gadgets to revive. Nobody seems to want to design / price in their own built-in power supplies.

These power strip liberators make it possible for me to use my power blocks with my power strips. The result is not pretty, but it works well and solves a real problem.
I'd certainly buy them again.
