Mr. Bakshi, your management of IYOGI's support is just what personal and businesses need for computer issues that stop them from doing their work. More businesses should subscribe to your service, as it would be an extreme time saver!!!!

IYOGI IS AN AWESOME SERVICE! IYOGI is well worth the little amount of money the service costs. IYOGI service has paid for itself over and over! I am so GLAD I found IYOGI, and wish everyone could realize what an incredible deal IYOGI is, and for the small cost, it pays for itself the first time you use it. I have used you over and over again, and probably saved literally thousands of dollars.

I tell all my friends about your service. I initially bought two years. Then bought 2 years for my son. Then I bought 2 MORE years for my son and myself because your service is much better than you even advertise! Keep up the GREAT work, and I wish GOOD KARMA to all of you. WOW...what a gift you have for people for such a small price.. ALL their computer problems can be taken care of quickly without having to take their computer in somewhere and wait 2 weeks for it to come back. In the privacy of their home or office, they can sit and watch you magically repair all their problems, and optimize their computer... all this without waiting even a minute or having to disconnect their computer and take it in to a repair shop. Your service is instantaneous, therefore I can get my problems and issues resolved, and continue working without being interrupted with computer issues.

Having IYOGI's 24/7 service is incredible too, because many times I have issues in the evening, and simply click on the IYOGI Support Dock to speak to someone live... then we communicate via a communication window on the computer, and I sit back and watch you fix everything. You have even typed instructions and emailed them to me so that I can learn how to fix things myself. Your support dock includes all the tools you need to fix and maintain your computer, and I love the fact that you are so easily accessible.

I can't tell you how extremely pleased I am with your service, your technicians, and the quality and patience of your techs.

As An amateur Computer user, I was saved by iyogi support team many times with all aspects of the iyogi team. They have been very Professional in helping with billing and with all the different problems I've had with three of my computers and they were able to resolve all issues I ever had in a a very short amount of time. They are located in India and you have no legal recourse
