I used their sevices. I could not print to my wireless printer. Spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone with multiple people repeating the same answers to the same questions over and over. Many, many test later and they could not solve the problem and they needed to talk to their senior technicians and call me back the next morning. They called the next morning and we started all over again. After another 4 1/2 hours, they finally told me my wireless printer was to far away from my router. I spent $139.00 dollars and even though I have a years support. I would never, never call them again. Paul Giguere

Do not use this product. After their technicians worked on my computer I had to spend a fortune taking the machine to a proper technician and have all the software reloaded.
The problems start again when your subscription is due for renewal, they will not stop phoning
