I have two main criteria for an exercise DVD:

1. It is worth my time to do this workout?
2. Is it something that I would look forward to doing 4 to 6 times a week?

With this DVD (and the other two DVDs in this series too) the answer to both questions is YES! The production value is gorgeous. No blah set here; the setting is an elegant "Parisian" apartment. The music is upbeat but unobtrusive. Kim's "costume" is very cool! (To those people who might find it "atypical" workout gear, I would reply that Kim is wearing it for dramatic effect; in the "behind the scenes" portion you can see that she wears normal workout clothes like anyone else during rehearsals).

The workout itself is about intermediate level. I use different weights for different body parts. Jennifer Galardi makes sure each body part is thoroughly worked out slowly and with proper form. Some exercises are definitely challenging, especially in the second workout.

Kim and Jennifer have a great rapport; they both come across as charming and earnest. Although the workout is divided into 2 main parts plus a bonus abs workout, I find that I actually do the whole thing, although it clocks in at almost an hour. This is surprising since normally I am a clock watcher and hate long workouts, but this one just flew by.

Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday: Amazing Abs Body Sculpt

This is an amazing workout just like the title says. My abs were tight and sore when done. I believe that if I keep this up it will really help with my legs as well. I don't know if I will get in the jeans I want to by this Friday but maybe the next.......thanks Kim

This DVD delivers a killer workout - I am really happy. This is a great conditioning workout. My abs (and legs) are really feeling it today after doing this I can see how it will make a difference if I did it regularly. So I guess it's up to me now. Thanks Kim!
