I wish I could agree with the other reviewer about Season 4. The first three season are outstanding, the cast superb, and stories intelligent, great action, and very enlightening about the lives of the men and their families who serve our great country in such a valuable manner. That's why I have found this last season so disappointing. In the Special Features we are told that the purpose of this season was to tie-up together all the loose strings from the other episodes. In my opinion, there weren't any loose strings. Making an entire season of one story got to be very tiring, and a disservice to this great cast. Instead of the usual single story episodes, this season just seemed to never end. And the resolution was not even as great as I hoped it would be. Yes, Col. Ryan's activities were resolved, but Molly leaving her husband? Get real. She is as tough as he is, and has been the backbone to the wives of this series, and we are expected to believe that SHE walked out?? I don't think so. And with her daughter in the corps? No way ! The Blu-ray format is a great way to watch this show.

i have followed the unit since it first started on tv.. It was the best show in my opinion and as the seasons continued the show got better, especially here in the fourth season.. this is the best season of the 4, has a great story and action and has a great twist in the end of it.. I am very sad to hear this is the last season, the show has a great cast and i wish the show would go for at least 1 or 2 more seasons or develope a movie to finish the show off with.. you will love season 4 of the unit
