I bought this stuff originally for my paintball goggles and it works well for about an hour then you have to put it on again. I like how compact it is and all you need is a clean napkin to apply it. Just throw it together with your gear and you don't have to worry about it spilling because it's a paste. I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't last all day.

I've only used this once this past weekend. I wouldn't say it completely prevents fogging, but it definitely delays it big time. During a particularly long game of woodsball my mask started to fog up, but not as bad as without this product. I quickly took my mask off and wiped the inside and after that I was fine until the game ended. Apply as if waxing a car. Allow product to dry and buff with a soft cloth. It is also a good cleaner. I think that combining this with a thermal lens will absolutely prevent fogging. I have a non-thermal lens, BTW. A single container should last you a long time. Definitely recommend!!

I work in construction and I wear safety glasses. I put this stuff on once in the morning and I had no problems all day long. I love this stuff.
