I am so happy this company has these! The show is wonderful in the japan's normal voice format! The books are even better at 12 us volumes and ongoing! The show is about a poor boy who on dec 25th gets a debt from his parents who sold him off to pay there debts! this show is very funny with a great cast and very worth a look see as well as any collectors set!

Hayate the Combat Butler,
It's a 51 Episode series that Bandai is releasing in 7 eps at a time.
It's over priced even for a (Hyb) but this is a subtitle only and the
only possible plus is the lower compression then the import [...]. I enjoyed the series and if it
were dub in English I'd buy it again. Bandai has delayed the
release of it's dubbed titles to release these overpriced subtitle
dvd's.
