The 'Schoolgirl Report' series can generally be relied upon to provide a nice hit of 'wholesome' sexy fun and I'm happy to report that Volume 7 of the franchise is no exception. The premise for these flicks is that they are a pseudo-documentary look at the 'shocking' morals (or lack thereof) of today's youth - especially teenaged girls! Shot in Germany (typically German language w/ English subs) each movie has a format that presents several erotic vignettes, often linked by a common 'theme'. " Schoolgirl Report Vol. 7" revolves around a judicial trial that is ordered after authorities raid a brothel where numerous teenaged girls are playing for pay. As the female judge examines the evidence each girl is called forward to tell her story and/or tales of teenaged immorality are presented by other witnesses/parents waiting out in the halls of the court. Many of the mini-plots revolve around young girls tempting and seducing older men, with mixed results... some providing comedic conclusions and others offering moralistic endings. What makes the 'series' enjoyable is essentially the bevy of fresh young beauties who populate these films and are generally shedding their clothes at the slightest provocation. Even though she is not officially 'credited' - 70's Swedish bombshell Christina Lindberg puts in an occasional showing in the series and she has a hot little feature role in Vol. 7 as the first witness called to tell her tale of teen debauchery. Although these flix purport to be about raising awareness of youthful sexual mores, what they really provide is a great excuse to ogle a bunch of cute naked 70's vintage Euroteenz - what's not to like!?!

(German - 1974 - with English subtitles) I haven't seen any of the other volumes in this series (shocking, considering the warehouse of other sex and exploitation titles I've amassed), so I can't compare it to the others, only on its own merits. That said, for fans of early 70's Eurobabes (and I do mean babes, as some of these girls appear to be quite young) and the accompanying fashions - micro-miniskirts, clingy tops and knee-high boots - there's a treasure-trove of titillation to be unearthed here.

It's done in a cinema-verite style regarding the declining morals, the conflict of promiscuity versus morality, the accompanying perplexities of raising and parenting such teens, parental guilt and the absence of home-instilled virtues due to the new sexual liberation and equality even parents were engaged in, and the pervading sense of anti-authoritarianism prevalent at that time. So much for the cerebral side of the coin...

As far as plot, a young man runs a clandestine brothel where a bevy of high-school girls are employed, making gobs of cash having relations with mostly older businessmen. Rumors abound at school, so the sister of the owner takes it upon herself to see if her brother is indeed so engaged and stops by without notice. One of the clients' falls for the younger sister before the brother can get her out of this environment, and when she shuns the advances of the elder businessman and hits him, he stirs up trouble for all by calling the police and the brothel is closed pending trial.
During the court hearing, each girl has her say about her behavior, her first time and how they came to become prostitutes. This is where the various sexual scenarios are played out for our amusement and enticement.

"Schulmädchen-report 7: doch das herz muß dabei sein" ("Schoolgirl Report 7: What The Heart Must Thereby...") from 1974 and by Ernst Hofbauer, was another decent entry in the "Schulmadchen-Report" series. It featured some very beautiful and sexy young women in: Ulrike Butz 'Ulla', Sonja Jeannine 'Monika', Gisela Schwartz 'Anja', Puppa Ambruster 'Gerlinde', Marianne Dupont 'Gaby', Carina Kreisch 'Schulerin', etc. And there was even the sexy - Helena Rosenkranz (with nudity of course) as 'Gaby's mother'. Margot Mahler put in a comical performance too, she was a regular in the German sex-comedies of the 70's (she even had a bit-part in the last chapter of "Heimat" 1984). I don't really need to go into the story itself, suffice it to say you won't be disappointed! There was plenty of nudity and sexual situations involving our aforementioned beautiful gals. I have to make special mention of Sonja Jeannine, she was an enbodiment of female sensual perfection, Ulrike Butz was not too far behind also. I'll have to make a note of the films these beautiful women appeared in, and see if they're available on DVD. Now, there does appear to have been some small cuts made here and there (there was a sex scene early on with Christina Lindberg in a brothel, and one shot seemed to suddenly jump/skip). I don't think this involved hardcore scenes being edited out. As far as I know, these films were strictly softcore, but I could be wrong. The cuts are probably due to film elements that were damaged beyond repair. If you're like me, and love the aesthetically-natural beauty of the women of the 70's (pubis capillus galore), you'll want to own this collection of unforgettable German-cult and exploitation cinema! Kinowelt did a great job on the restoration and transfer.Read more ›
