I wasn't sure at first how I would enjoy my favorite podcast as a tv show, but I think the guys at Nerdist Industries and BBC America did a great job. If you are a fan of the podcast then you will love the show.

Great podcast and wonderful transition to television. I only wish it had been a little longer. Hopefully Chris, Matt, and Jonah will be able to make more episodes.

I was so excited when I heard that this was becoming a show. Definitely for fans of Chris Hardwick and the Nerdist podcast, along with Doctor Who fans, and fans of general awesomeness.

The show is vastly entertaining. I'd never heard of the Nerdist Podcast before watching this, and only tuned in because of Matt Smith, but the chemistry of Chris Hardwick, Matt Mira, and Jonah Ray is impossible to resist. I've since moved on to following their podcast and eagerly await further episodes of their TV show.

The humor is a great blend of irreverent and immature, and if you had any sort of geek/dork/nerd background growing up you will connect on a deeply molecular level to the three hosts. Bonus points for the Anamanaguchi opening theme, which feels like a secret handshake that welcomes you into a club you never knew you wanted to belong to.

As a huge fan of the Nerdist podcast I couldn't be more excited to see the pilot of the TV version of the show. The pilot exceeded my expectations, it is super fun and very well made. The feel of the podcast is maintained and translated to the visual perfectly. I think even if I wasn't familiar with the podcast I would enjoy this show. It's the perfect blend of nerd culture and comedy, a great way for any nerd to sit down to a show, feel at home, and have some laughs.

OK, so I don't write reviews. Like. Ever.
However, I felt that I needed to for this.
Chris, Jonah and Matt have done a great job, along with all their help from the BBC America folks, at bringing a very very very, EXTREMELY low tech podcast to the small screen ;-)

For those that listen to the podcast -- You know what you are going to get. Our core trio just having fun and enjoying doing something that they didn't think would ever happen. They do a very good job at keeping the spirit of the Nerdist PC on a visual front. Personally, I enjoyed the two small segments that had the "cartoon" and the Dr. Who Investigates "newsman". It was a nice touch, and a nice nod from the guys to their fans. Unless, it wasn't a nod at all, and they just had no other footage to use and thought "hey, we need to fill 5 more minutes!", and then Jonah was like "I know, I could just rip on Matt for awhile, that always seems to work... for me.". But then, as he says that, the Blue Power Ranger busts in on his triceratops and is all like "listen, bro, back off". And Jonah is like "K".

For those that don't listen to the podcast -- Listen. Seriously. It is a lot of fun, and more importantly it is true entertainment. These guys are just themselves. There is no bull crap, no scripted jokes (apart from Jonah's Mustache) and it's free! Literally, sometimes the best hour of my day!

I doubt that any of them will read this, and that's cool. If you like nerdy things, if you like to laugh and if you're not dead... watch this.

Seacrest IN!

Great show, great guests, always enjoyable to see Chris, Matt and Jonah in classic Nerdist form. They did unfortunately ruin my head movie of them all, but I will learn to soldier on. I Lol'ed out loud.
