I actually loved this book

I took a class and had a professor who was very hard to follow. He hardly taught us and no one really wanted to be there. Thank goodness he assigned this book, because Tannenbaum is a great writer. The book is easy to follow, funny, and (most importantly) very informative. I ended up teaching myself and getting the best grade in the class. This book is awesome.

My daughter is in college and she had to get this book for a class of hers. She loved it and actually gave it to me to look at it. I love it as well. This book puts math into a new whole perspective that I didn't know or saw. Math is in everyday life and not just in a classroom or in certain jobs. it is a pretty good read for anyone and not just students.
