This is one of those books which will always be topical to present-day politics. And it's funny, just like politics today. I first read it in the early '70s and finally bought a copy three years ago. You should read it.

I read Superstoe many years ago and frequently find myself thinking back to its' interesting political commentary. In political discussions, the concept of plebecite votes on every issue comes up with more frequency all the time. This book contains a wise response to that concept! I recommend it highly to anyone interested in political science, or government.

I need to find out who owns the rights to this, if anyone. Why is this not a movie? With the tiniest bit of updating, it's 2008. They kill a few animals with anthrax and spread a panic. Check. They hack RecomVote and steal the election. Check. It's right out of today's headlines.
