Not that I have read many stress managment book but I really find this book is to must have. The author points out many scenario in which one would come across that is the cause of our stress with life. In each scenario he writes, he always close it with an emphasis as to "Why stress ourself!" sentence which I find helps to analyze that we are actually stressing ourself out for no apparent reason. In this book he also provide us with some solution to resolving the stress and pressure one constantly gives himself. I strongly recommend others to read especially those who always put too much pressure in trying to make it "PERFECT!"
