Product Description
The Kabbalah, the major work of Jewish mystical learning, maps the poetic universe of Judaism. As never before this philosophy is made clear, relevant, and exciting, and Afterman explains the Kabbalah with a keen sense of advocacy. The book concerns itself with movement from ordinary consciousness towards union, the rectification of the eternal in everyday reality, and an exploration of male and female modes of living.of a Jewish garment worker and an internationally known gypsy singer, with whom he later toured.
