(REAL NAME)
The authors, Kevin Meyer and Bill Waddell, are both extremely knowledgeable about the practice of Lean management. This compilation of blog postings will be of great value to anyone who is beginning to learn about Lean management or who is more advanced but would like to deepen their understanding of Lean management. Each posting conveys a useful chunk information, presented in a way allows readers pick up the book whenever they have a few spare minutes and add to their knowledge base. The book is also valuable because it reflects contemporary Lean thinking and practice, and is thus an important window into the world of Lean management.
