Recreating Eden is a truly amazing book. As a former life coach interested in spirituality, I've read a lot of self-help books, personal growth books, and books about all types of spirituality. Recreating Eden is a keeper--and unique in the genre.

The experience of reading the book is itself an "upper". Positive energy emanates from it---I know that sounds weird, but it's true. It is written in an open, honest, easy to understand style while describing profound spiritual truths. The author writes that the ideas from the book are not her own, but ones that came to her--divinely inspired--as she wrote. Although this sounds woo woo, the book manages to be grounded, common sense-ical, and inspirational.

"Recreating Eden" presents an edifying and empowering worldview, which includes a fascinating reinterpretation of the Biblical Genesis story that supports this worldview. In a thought provoking, empowering, hopeful, and positive way, the book describes how to live a lifestyle that radiates love.

The book's ideas will resonate with those who are already fans of "The Secret" and the Law of Attraction, but would be helpful no matter what your spiritual orientation. They will be most appreciated by those open to alternative spirituality and personal growth. I especially recommend this book to energy workers and to anyone who wants to increase their positive and loving energy (which should be everyone).

I personally was at a "stuck" place in my spiritual journey when I read it, and it has helped me to move forward. This is a book that I will definitely reread, but even more importantly, apply in my life on a daily basis.

Highly recommended.

I was blown away by the message in Julia's book and I believe it represents the highest frequency knowledge you'll ever know.

It's the description of the way our universe works (using ring magnets in an amazing analogy) that tells us "why" we need to return to our original purity and joy through a natural connection with Spirit, and why it's been closed down by Society's Conditioning Process. No re-hashing of basic spiritual concepts - this is original stuff and surely direct from Spirit.

Julia explains the real meaning of the Adam & Eve Story and, in turn, this raises your vibrational frequency. No work is involved here!

I also found Julia's description of our "Qualities of Origin" - qualities possessed by your Original Self - to be very enlightening ... and emotional too when you realise how they are constantly suppressed by our environment ... often from our parents and educational systems.

The result: a return to our "factory installed setting" of pure joy direct from Spirit. High frequency living naturally dissolves any perceived problems with ease. This really does work like magic, and this is why I think Julia's work represents the ultimate truth.

I found this to be a very clever, original, and enlightening book and I feel blessed to have discovered it. I'm also grateful to Julia for sharing this amazing knowledge with the world. It deserves a place on the shelf of every school library.

Fabulous! If you are searching for answers within the spiritual nature of yourself, this is the book to read. Julia introduces you to the doors that are already present within you to meet your heart, your Divine Spirit, within. This automatically pulls you to Love. Anything that is not Love is not your heart. It is that simple. Even when the times get hard and your energy is low, she offers answers that can lift you, nuture you and comfort you. All of this is done by a reminder of who you are. No one can tell you who you are, but there are few who can show you a path to see the Divine in you and in all creation. The accompanying study group supports the book just as fabulously! Julia practices what she preaches! And it shows the minute you talk with her! If you are drawn to this book, it is for a reason that your heart has told you. Recreating Eden has helped me tremendously in hearing my own Divine Source.
