4.0 out of 5 stars Tai chi Principles, June 5, 2001
By A Customer
If you are new to tai chi and you are looking for a general book on it, then it is the best buy you can do. It is short, simple, it explains the principles of the art and how to practice it. It does't describe any particular form. Very good quality.
