Editorial Reviews
From School Library Journal
Grade 4-7-Englar includes chapters on "The Iroquois Today" and "Sharing the Traditions" to indicate the continuing vitality of the Iroquois nations. In addition, she discusses family life, history, foods, government, culture, and daily life. Information is interesting and clearly presented, making the book useful for reports. Full-color photos, reproductions, and a map are included. Unfortunately, the drawing of the longhouse does not show an inside view. This book is good for general reading as well as for research.
