From AudioFile
This reading of the King James translation of the New Testament comes across as flat and tired, lacking the inspiration one would expect from an actor with the stature of Gregory Peck. The production is plain, without any sound effects, music, or supplemental material. While these factors don't necessarily make an audiobook good or bad, coupled with weak sound reproduction and a worn-out performance, they make this an altogether dull listening experience.
