About the Author

Dr. Schwartz has published extensively on many aspects of software and information technology and his writings have been included in industry leading publications such as James Martin's Information Technology for the 21st Century Corporation and the International Journal of Human-Computer Studies. He is the co-editor of the book "Internet-Based Organizational Memory and Knowledge Management", 2000, Idea Group Publishing.
