4.0 out of 5 stars Collection of great songs from 71-72, January 15, 2002
By Allison E. Faulkner (Glendale Heights, IL United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
All original hits. The songs on this CD are all wonderful, considering their breadth of style. Song list (since it's not listed):

1. Don't Pull Your Love - Hamilton, Joe Frank & Reynolds
2. Draggin' The Line - Tommy James
3. Signs - Five Man Electrical Band
4. Smiling Faces Sometimes - Undisputed Truth
5. Do You Know What I Mean - Lee Michaels
6. Scorpio - Dennis Coffey & Detroit Guitar Band
7. A Natural Man - Lou Rawls
8. Sweet City Woman - Stampeders
9. Thin Line Between Love & Hate - Persuaders
10. Have You Seen Her - Chi-Lites

Don't Pull Your Love, Draggin' The Line, Signs, Do You Know What I Mean, Sweet City Woman all excellent pop tunes from the era, and big hits. Smiling Faces Sometimes, A Natural Man, Thin Line Between Love and Hate, Have You Seen Her all classic soul cuts. Scorpio is a great funky instrumental. Some of these songs are otherwise hard to find. I recommend this CD to anyone who likes great early 70s hit songs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I wanted..., February 23, 2008
By HeidiHo "Gold Country Girl" (Mother Lode Country, CA.) - See all my reviews
I had to search to find an album that featured some of my favorites from back when - original versions. This one had enough of them to make it a worthwhile purchase, and I like it very much!
