Plan Toy Terrace Doll House - Original Set is the first version of the ever popular Terrace Dollhouse. I has three stories, and moveable windows, doors and walls. The moveable pieces allow a child to redesign the house into many different configurations. The open sided house is accessible from all sides so several children can play with the house at the same time. The house is made of recycled, natural rubber wood. Designed and made in Thailand.

The Plan Toys Terrace Dollhouse is the large, 3-story, open-sided wooden dollhouse with an open floor plan for easy play. Features removable partitions, windows and doors to adjust the number and sizes of the rooms (furniture sold separately). Includes a smaller attic level for more play. Made of replenished, preservative-free rubberwood with painted doors and windows. Measures approximately 22"x18.5"x27.6".

We are really pleased we bought this for my daughter's third birthday. It is sturdy enough that I don't worry about her or her 18 month old sister destroying it. It is durable, was fairly easy to put together, and has some flexibility for the placement of doors, windows and walls, which is very neat. Though you have to purchase these separately, the furnishings are very toddler friendly (at least, main room sets.) The people are very flexible and can really stand and sit. I anticipate this will get a lot of use in the years to come.

We bought this dollhouse for our 3 year old daughter. It is very easy accessible due to the big openings. You can move the door and two windows to different walls, and you can move two interior walls as you want. Even with buying the furniture extra this is still a great deal. It is very durable, quality material. There are a few very small pieces (toaster/teapot) that we removed so it wouldn't get lost right away. We also like the size, not too big, not too small. She plays with it a lot. It was a great choice and I expect it to last and be played with for a lot of years.

I bought this doll house for our 4 year-old's birthday. She has been very active in the past play-acting, playing with her Barbies and Disney dolls. We didn't buy the dolls made for this house, but bought bathroom, bedroom and living rooms. The Barbie and Disney dolls are awkward with this house and we'll probably order the dolls made for this house. It is a big house, though, and is well suited for and a great model for little girls to play with. It is sturdy and easy to assemble.
