5.0 out of 5 stars Some great reading here, September 25, 2004
By Viva (So. Cal.) - See all my reviews
Here is a collection of short stories by writers who may not be well known but who are clearly talented. Among my favorites are Teri Gibson's poignant "Paintings by Roerich," Robert Kenny's suspenseful "The Long Ride Home," Peter Rennebohm's eerie " Dream Stealers," and a pair of thought-provoking tales by Greg Stoker, "Thirty Silver Keys" and "Wish You Were Here." Wolfgang Zeuner's "A Blast From the Past" provides a fun concluding story.
The weakest among these stories is Alan Yee's "A Cry in the night," but with some maturing and continuing work, this 12-year-old writer will bring forth greater things.
I should note that I am one of the authors but I have not mentioned my story here.
