Although its roots are in India, curry is a flavor that spans the Asian continent and has become popular throughout Europe and America.  Curry is not a single spice or flavor but rather a blend that varies according to it's originating region.

Faerie has created three distinctly delicious curry powders: green, yellow and red.

• Our green curry is our most 'traditional' curry using cumin, fennel, and coriander with other spices to create a curry that is sure to please.  Although it has a moderate heat level the emphasis is on a complex blend of flavors.
• The yellow curry is our mildest curry.  It has the traditional Asian flavors of cardamom and coriander but also adds in ginger and turmeric to create its distinctive taste and color.
• Our red curry powder is for those that like an extra punch to their curry.  Paparika and cayenne pepper blend with cumin, fennel and other seasonings to create a very spicy curry.

Faerie's unique blends of natural herbs and gourmet spices make it easy for anyone to create mouth-watering dishes.  Each of our seasoning blends is available in ½-cup and 2-cup shaker top jars.
