I've been using this cookbook for over twenty years and all of the recipes are just wonderful. I get a lot of compliments...and I'm not much of a cook when left to my own devices. It's beautifully presented with the author's calligraphy on each page. I highly recommend it for its visual beauty as well as the deliciousness of its recipes.
