This is a nice heavy-weight stability ball. It was difficult to find a 45 cm, and I am very short so this is exactly what I needed. The pump that comes with it is virtually useless, but that does not affect the quality of the product or its purpose. Excellent product for the price.

I bought this J Fit a few months ago from Amazon because I was looking for 45cm size ball for my kids. I already have 55cm size my kids use which is a different brand (Everlast).

Upon receiving the J Fit and using the product I was immediately disappointed. For starters, the pump had stripped threads so I was not able to use it...luckily I still had my Everlast pump. After I pumped up the J Fit ball I noticed it was clearly lopsided even though I did not fully inflate. I played around with it by putting more air and less air and it was lopsided in all scenarios. The actual material doesn't feel as rugged as my Everlast ball.

On the positive side, I've had the J Fit for several months now and it has not popped. But overall I have to give this J Fit 2 stars based upon defective pump right out of the box and lopsided ball. I would not purchase this brand/model again.

As other posters have said, the pump is cheap and virtually useless.

It does come with a needle valve for deflation and 2 valve plugs.

I have an Isokinetics hand pump and this ball was a breeze to inflate using it. Two of the inflation adaptors work on this ball's valve nicely and they insert deep enough into it that they did not pop out during inflation.

Finding a reasonably priced, good quality 45cm ball has been a challenge. This one filled the bill nicely.

This item was a gift, so the final say on order satisfaction really isn't mine to give.
But my friend was happy with your product and your surface. I'm sure she'd give you five stars.

desperately needed this sized ball for my physical therapy. Could not find anywhere but here am very pleased with this product

The ball was purchased for a family memember rehab due to knee replacement surgery.

Quality of the ball is excellent and is performing as expected.

The pump that came with the ball was not adequate for rapid to even moderate rapid inflation. After about 45 minutes of trying to utilze the hand pump and getting to about 15% of its inflated size I elected to inflate it using my mouth. About 3-4 minutes the ball was fully inflated!

Ditch the pump it comes with and manually blow it up with your mouth!!

I needed this particular size exercise ball and the stores didn't have them around here. Glad to have it, and my physical therapist is happy too.

This exercise ball cost a fraction of the retail price, and I received it quickly. Thank you!

The ball was very hard for me to pump up with the hand pump included in the package. I am going to a chirpractor for neck and shoulder problems so using a hand pump was a problem. I couldn't get it pumped up enough to get the wrinkles out which meant that it was too small for me to use. I took it to the chiropractor's office and had them pump it up. The chiropractor had recommended a ball and I chose this one because it came with a pump. It's a very nice ball and seems to be of very good quality. I wish it had a foot pump but, for the price, it was a good buy.

I haven't owned this ball for very long, and I am still trying to get used to not being afraid of popping it, but so far its great (im 180lbs and a little under 5 feet tall). It came with a pump, a metal adapter for using the pump on more usual things like bicycle tires, and a little plastic adapter for using it to pump up the ball, which worked great. It also came with a little guide for suggestions on how to exercise with it. I am very happy with it.
