Yup, that's a real design - 31 feet unfolded. Phil Bolger was the most original naval architect of our day. He always designed from first principles: what will be the use of this boat? If no one had ever built a boat for that use before, what will it look like? We get, along with some amazing designs, the thoughts of a brilliant and witty man.
