Hey Guys,

I have been searching for the best quality/price 60 inch LED. I think I found something but it has only been on the market for a month or so now. What do you guys think of the LG 60LM7200. It can only be bought at Best Buy I believe. Here is the info, but for the features and price, it seems great! Also the LG 7600 and 6200 series have great reviews (7200 has none since it is new except a few on best buy's website)

I was in the same position but I went ahead a bought it last Thursday. It is awesome clear picture, for sports and the 3D is great watched Transformers on it. You will not be disappointed. If you google the model number there are like two other places selling it. Best Buy has taken it down from their website and LG now has it up on theres. Hopefully this helps

I just bought LG 60LM7200 last week. It works great. My kids like the picture quality, particularly in 3D. Wi-Fi is working, but the speed seems a little slow. When I watch the TV program online, sometimes it paused for a while. But I connect a laptop to the TV to solve the issue.

The price is great. $1000 cheaper than Samsung TV with similar features.

It uses passive 3D technology. So the 3D is light and cheap.
I will rate it to 4.5 stars.
If you have tight budget and want to have a great TV, this is the one that fits.

Got mine at HHGregg... Told them about the TV and they said they had 2 in the back but have yet to put it on the site or on the floor. Got it for just over 1500 out the door... I have been happy this Sunday watching football. Picture is great for sports!

Here is a link to the pdf file with all the specs. I really want this one too. It is just the right size and has all the features of the 55" and 65" LG passive TV's. At least I think it does...

I bought the TV from Apple Valley BB on October 26th and just got it all set up on November 3rd. I am running the Oppo BDP-103 through an Onkyo TX-NR717 and the picture quality is excellent! We watched How to Train your Dragon 3D with my kids and it was fantastic. The 3D was just like the movie theatre experience. I have been waiting for a Passive 3D TV at this size with these specs and this set delivers! We started with the Inteli sensor for the video settings but found it to be too dark and moved to Standard which looked bright and amazing. I am going to calibrate the video manually when my Disney WOW Blu-ray arrives.

I also played Borderlands 2 via Xbox 360 and the picture quality was AMAZING!
We them watched The Amazing Spiderman 3D with a buddy last weekend and we were all blown away by the video quality. It was his first experience with in home 3D and he loved it!

CON: I wish the LG Magic Remote had an input button; there are too many steps to change between cable and HDM1. (I don't have a cable box or this would be run through my receiver and I would never have to change inputs!)

I believe if you scroll up and down on the magic wheel, it changes the input. When I scroll down it tells me, you only have 1 input currently. Try doing that!

When I do that it scrolls through TV channels...which is nice!

I picked up this TV at best buy Last week for the $1699. Pretty happy with the set. From a feature standpoint other than the contrast ratio and bezal I don't think their are any differences between it and the 7600.

I feel like such a dweeb. Had been eyeing the 55LM6700 on Amazon for $1,165 and wanted to buy. But waited to talk to the wife...even though it was my "new TV fund $$$".

Then Thanksgiving approached, got busy...and Amazon sold out. Everywhere else wanted $1,499. That's $335 more...

So I discovered the 60LM7200, but Best Buy was out of stock bummed. I've waited 6 years for a flat panel TV. Last year there were tons of great deals but I didnt have the cash. Now I finally have the cash...

And all the LGs I am interested in are sold out or overpriced. So bummed...

Does anyone know if Amazon re-stocks stuff like this. I have to think they'll get more before Christmas. Or was that it? If so, seems like an uber-fail on Amazon & LG's part for consumer demand.

LG 60LM7200 is a good bet. I bought several 60 inch LED tv's home and the LM7200 had the sharpest picture of all of them, football games looked great. Beleive it or not Vizio came in a close second and the samsung 7100 series had great blacks but the picture wasn't as clear to justify the high price. I bought the Sharp Quattron 60inch but it was much to heavy for my entertainment center and would have trouble positioning my center channel speaker. Looking at specs won't help you at all, I went that route and it mean't nothing. Get a HDTV that performs best with regular viewing of cable, satelite, or antenna, this is what most of us watch most of the time. 3D is just another toy to play with and far as smart features, most blu-ray players have them loaded anyway. A matte screen is helpful in brightly lit rooms, glossy screens reflect too much light and makes daytime viewing troublesome. That's my 2 cents, hope this helps!

I'm sold on the 60LM7200 after seeing the price and specs. Now to just find a store that actually has it available for shipping.

I have not found this TV any where? I am an Internet surfer and still can't find it. First of all I'm a researcher and knew this is the 60LM7200 we wanted. So paid for it at HHGregg and as of today it's still not in or a shipping date confirmed. What I don't understand if you roll out a great TV at a great price for Christmas. Why would you not have it in stock. General Manager blames it on LG and I kind of agree with him. There are 24 that was purchased and every one deserves a ship date that is realistic and worth the wait?
