I just wanted to take a moment to say WOW! I had recently purchased an Onkyo receiver that was $300 plus and sadly after a couple weeks I lost one of the rear speaker channels. I spent the last two days in despair thinking about the ungodly mess it was going to take to try and get this fixed. Today I decided to send an e-mail to feel out the process and pain I was in for. Within a few hours I got a response...... It said that Amazon was sending me a brand new one via 2 day delivery, that cost alone would have been $100 for me at time of purchase. My printer is broke so there sending me the stuff required to send back the original unit as well. Customer Service still exists???? I am relieved as well as impressed, and I am certain that my fiance is no longer going to kill me ..... : )
