I have only watched two instant videos. Both had good video quality (not great, but good) but terrible streaming with almost constant stopping to buffer. This has been on two separate days. On the same days if I switch to netflix streaming it was fine.
I don't know that I will use this service again.
Speedchecking my connection gives me 30 mbits/sec. plenty fast according to amazon.
But it looks like no one else has this problem?
