We have it downloaded and registered but when we go to hit the "Watch Now" button to play a video that we already own we just get a grey screen and a spinning orange wheel then it goes back to the menu with an added green bar that says "Video already owned"
So far none of our videos work, has anyone had this problem or know of any way to fix it?
