Amazon has a new watchlist, and you can add TV or Movies to it. It is visible on my Roku Player, so no more searching Amazon to find what I want to watch. I update my watchlist on the computer, and it is done and usable on my Roku. People have ask for this on the forum, and Amazon finally did it.

Pretty cool. I'm glad they did it.

Now if they would just copy the way netflix automatically moves you to the next episiode when watching seasons that would be great. That way I don't have to go back to the list of episodes and pick the next one.

Yes, I'm a lazy consumer that wants to do no work!

Hover over the place where is says 'Hello, (your name) Your Account', then choose 'Your Video Library' once on that page there is a row of links in tiny black print just below the search box. Hope this helps.

I'm so glad Amazon added this feature. I'm used to being able to create a queue with my Netflix. So, I was getting tired of searching through movie lists multiple times looking for movies I'd wanted to watch.

I just now noticed it. I too am thrilled. Now, if they could just fix it so that when you rewind you can see the rewind in action, it'll be perfect. For now you can't, at least on Xbox 360.

I can't find my watchlist anywhere. Is it not in the video library?

It's just kind of hard to find. It's just below the search box in small text, you'll see a row that says - Prime Instant Video - Most Popular - Get Started - Your Video Library - Your Watchlist - Get Help - DVD & BLU-RAY -

So how do I get the Watchlist to show up on my Sony Blu-ray player? Anyone know? Is this just going to be a software update that Sony will eventually get to?

I have a Sony Blue Ray and can't find the watch list anywhere on the TV. I've got my choices saved on my Mac in the watch list but can't find them on the TV. Any help is appreciated.

I like the Watch list, but it needs to be accessible from other devices, I almost exclusively watch my Amazon video content through my blue ray player and was hoping to be able to make a list of content I am interested in on my computer so it is easier to access when I want to watch it on my blue ray player.

Exactly. I create a watch list, but not only does my watch list not show up on the TV, I can't even search for the title on my Blue Ray. I just have to scroll through screen after screen trying to find one of the titles I saved in my computer. Really???? I run back to Netflix, Amazon takes too long to find the movies. An instant queue and search box would be great.

I also have a Sony Bluray player, and Amazon Instant Video is just about useless to me without some kind of Watchlist. Another (name withheld) video service on my Sony Bluray player allows me to add an entire TV series to my queue. I would LOVE a feature like that with Amazon Instant Video on my Sony Bluray player...

I'm in the same boat as you folks--with a sony bluray player. It's great with my Netflix subscription--which is so easy to control with the Netflix ap on my computer. Then I decided to try Amazon streaming--so I rented a couple of movies and it worked well. Then I joined Amazon Prime to get some free streaming along with faster delivery of purchased stuff. Turned out to be ridiculous--couldn't organize anything to stream--why they couldn't have added a free section to the purchased/rented area that I'd used previously is beyond me. Along comes Amazon's Watchlist and I say eureka!--now I can organize this to operate like Netflix and stream stuff to my tv. No such luck. I created a watchlist with several movies and there it sits--what the hell good is a watchlist when you can't use it for anything?

Bezos--where are you when we need you

I got a new panasonic blu-ray player (BBT-01) and can't find the watchlist on my VIERA-connect. whats the point in making the watchlist if you can't use it on the blu-ray player. I hope there is a update soon. It takes too long to find the movies.

I have a Samsung Smart TV. I can add movies to the Watchlist on my computer but it is nowhere to be found when I use the App on my TV. I end up having to search for every movie. I used Amazon Prime for 1 day and asked for a refund. Thanks Amazon for making my Smart TV look absolutely stupid. Netflix is so much easier with their queue.

I think the reason that the new watchlist feature was not announced was because it isn't supported on most devices, and therefore, most people would just get angrier at the lack of such a common sense feature. I'm sure the Amazon apps are in work to include the watchlist. Hopefully we won't have to wait another couple of years for this to happen.... For me, if these updates are not in place by my Amazon Prime renewal date, I will seriously consider switching back over to Netflix.

Is anyone at Amazon reading these posts? Can we get some type of answer about an update that will make Amazon Prime movies useful on our TV's? I would love to know that the problem has the attention of someone who could make a difference

Watchlist works on a Roku. Does not work on a Sony media player. The Sony has a horrible interface btw, takes forever just to find a show to watch.

Setting up a queue/watchlist on your computer then watching on the tv is the way to go, Sony needs to wake up...
