I just bought some CD's which were mailed and autoripped at the same time(great). Amazon also autoripped some past cd purchases(also great). How far in the past is that retroactive? I'd like to get a couple of CDs I bought in September autoripped also.

I have bought virtually all of my cds (mostly classical) from Amazon since about 1999. How do I find out if they are autoripped-eligible?

MacJunegrand says:
Susan, check "Your Account" and then "Your Cloud Player". If your CDs are eligible you should have the albums on MP3 automatically added there.

According to the information provided, they'll go back to 1998. I can't attest to that since although my first purchase was in 1997, my first CD was in 2001 and it was autoripped into my cloud player. (Though, I had ripped to my computer years ago. Oh well I don't use the cloud player anyway).

Multiple past purchases that were added to my player via autorip are missing tracks. Some one or two, some over half the album. Anyone else seeing this? Any solution from Amazon?

"Do I Move You (Dig)" CD purchased and eligible for autorip but did not get loaded on my amazon cloud site. How do I get it installed
