Barack Obama's Lawyer Admits Birth Certificate Is Forged

It appears the web is a buzz with information concerning the New Jersey court contest in regards to Barack Obama's eligibility to be on the state's ballot. At the center of the controversy now is the fact that Barack Obama's own lawyer has apparently conceded the fact that the document is a forgery.

According to, attorney Alexandra Hill, of the Newark-based law firm Genova, Burn and Giantomasi, admitted that the image of Obama's birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. She concluded her analysis of the online birth certificate arguing that it is "irrelevant to his placement on the ballot".

She then went on to try and establish his eligibility by speaking of his political popularity, not legal qualification, in order to be a candidate!

Penbrook Johannson, editor for The Daily Pen said, "Sadly, regardless of her moral deficiency, Hill is legally justified. Obama's eligibility is a separate matter than the charges of forgery and fraud. Of course, we have evidence that he is not eligible. But, evidence of forgery by as yet unidentified counterfeiters working on behalf of Obama is not what legally excludes Obama from appearing on a ballot, by itself, until some authority is willing to consider this as evidence of forgery on its merit as an indication of actual ineligibility in a court of legal authority. Until some court of competent jurisdiction is willing to hear evidence of forgery and fraud, you can't legally punish a political candidate for that crime which has not been proven that they committed. However, since Obama is not eligible because of a lack of authenticated evidence to the contrary, he could be held off the ballot for that reason."

So what this comes down to is legal tip toeing around the issue. Let me put it simply. Obama's own lawyer admits that the birth certificate which was put out by the White House is a forgery. The forgery does not prove Obama is not a "natural born" citizen since it is a forgery. Therefore, the plaintiffs have not made their case and Barack Obama should be left on the ballot. I'll bet Mr. "It depends on what is, is" was behind this bit of legal wrangling.

As far as I can see that makes it a bigger issue than just that of the State of New Jersey. This is most definitely a national issue. The President of the United States' own lawyer has just stated unequivocally that the President knowingly put out a forged document and claimed it was his birth certificate. Ladies and gentlemen, why in the world then, is there no immediate cries for impeachment and more than that, charges of treason brought against Barack Hussein Obama?

I'll tell you why. It's an election year for one. Two you have a Democrat led Senate that will never vote to convict him. That doesn't mean they shouldn't do it as their duty, but sadly the reality is that impeachment proceedings against a sitting President are purely political. However, I would hope that the Republican led Congress might get some brass ones and begin the proceedings anyway, letting people know they intend to carry out impeachment, even if Barack Obama is elected again and to encourage others to vote in those who are principled enough to uphold the Constitution, especially when it comes to a usurper in the Oval Offfice.

In a nut shell, the above is exactly why Barack Obama and the Democratic Party do not fear mocking the American people with their blatant forgery, lies and manipulation of the Constitution and the facts. In order to remove the man it would have to be done by force or by impeachment and impeachment will never happen with the way things are now. It is my opinion that since our military takes an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution from both enemies foreign and domestic, that they should be looking at the evidence and act accordingly.

I have visited a few of Tim Brown's Front Porch Politics blogs. He is exactly as I expected to find. Where do you find all of these people? Is there any nutcase you have missed?

Why not answer a couple of questions for yourself: First of all what makes you think that Alexandra Hill is Obama's lawyer? She is a nobody and she has been hired by Obama to be his lawyer!!! I don't think so.

Ok, so let's assume for one brief giddy moment that Obama did hire her. If he had, do you know what Ms. Hill cannot do, either morally or legally. Testify against her client.

Now would you like to take on the argument from that point. Maybe you could decide to do a little more than read a lot of right-wing blogs and pass them on to the rest of us. Don't you think that God would expect at least that much of you, if you feel that you are called to bring down the President.

And I say this and remind you of this (as your obligation to be one of these moral and religious people) because the politicking has now started in earnest. And blogs like this are going to double and triple. These people are going to do everything in their power to bring this man down. Not only bring this man down but to sully his name throughout the ages. "First Black President was a fraud and a cheat." You had better KNOW this to be true rather than just believing or accepting this to be true. Being able to live in a democratic society is an honor and a privilege that until just 200 years ago was known by virtually no one on earth. It is a gift from God and you had
better not trample on it. You will be sorry, in the end, if you do.

"what makes you think that Alexandra Hill is Obama's lawyer?"

Well, if she is not Obama's lawyer, who is she and what business does she have to make the statement that she made?

Sharon Isac: She is trying to get Obama off the ballot. Duh.

White - Please slow down. I say this as someone who has been disproving and exposing Petersen's mistakes and lies for years on this forum, so you know I am not "taking his side", but even though Petersen's latest cut-and-paste is almost entirely inaccurate, you are now arguing against one of the few true facts in there.

You don't need to respond to everyone, but don't respond unless you know what you are talking about, please. The worst outcome for a thread like this is for an impartial observer to come in and conclude that neither side cares about facts and so both sides are the same.

Esgaldil: I'm sorry, but where in heaven's name do you get the idea that she is his attorney? I decided to check back to
see if I had missed anything. Not that I can tell. I went to her website, I went to her Linked In connection. No mention of
Obama as a client. And while she is listed as having a practice area of Corporate Political Law, she also lists first -Commercial
Real Estate, Redevelopment & Environmental Law as her area of interest.

I saw her on You Tube, she looks like a kid and as nervous as a kid. Again, this is not material for the lawyer of a President.
I could find probably a dozen blogs that called her Obama's attorney but they all said the same thing. They were pretty
much copy cats of each other, word for word.

Hill was representing Obama in the New Jersey eligibility case. She's not his personal counsel, but for a minor slam dunk case like whether or not Obama can be on the ballot, it shouldn't be terribly surprising that the firm gave it to a kid - Obama has often won these kinds of challenges with an empty chair on his side, after all.

Sometimes it may seem like you can just assume that the opposite of what Petersen is claiming is the truth, but if you don't have the time or inclination to actually dig into what the facts are as reported by credible sources that can be checked, you aren't providing anyone a service by weighing in.

Esgaldil: I actually spent quite a bit looking into this issue, and I rather resent your your last paragraph. I may weigh in only after the original work is done. Petersen does repeat himself endlessly. I do not feel required to research every time he makes the same accusation.

I went back again this morning. This time I did actually find a blog that was not a cut and paste of whatever the original blog was. I found out more about the situation that I had the previous day. I did start out with the presumption that what Garland wrote was wrong, not only because of his constant nut-case sources, but because lawyers do not argue against their clients. Period. They do not. They are not legally allowed to.

But on this particular blog:, I found a logical explanation. Not by the blogger himself. He was pretty much saying what others were saying, but by one of the posters named Zachary Smith.

This is his response: ""Contrary to poor reporting like the Examiner article cited above (cribbed from the Tea Party Tribune), at no time during the hearings did Alexandra Hill or any other lawyer representing Barack Obama "admit that the long-form birth certificate presented by the White House is a total forgery." Hill merely agreed to a stipulation that the image of Obama's birth certificate posted on the White House web site would not be used as evidence in the case, as his campaign had never presented it to the state or the court as proof of his eligibility in the first place (because there was no requirement for them to do so)" And since his quote was in quotes, I'm assuming he got his actual information from elsewhere.

It was stated on the blog that first term Presidents do not need to provide any kind of evidence or signatures to get on the ballot for the next election, and so none was being presented. This I can believe. I cannot and do not believe that they were suggesting that it was a forged birth certificate. And this is what Petersen was
telling us, once again. It is a forged certificate.

How about this Lily?

Obama saying his father was in World War 2, he said that on this video. Barack Obama senior would have been 5 years old, and his
step dad would have been 6 years old when World War began.

So Obama's Father Served in WWII. How?
Another slap in the face to U.S. Veterans.
Obama's father served in WW II, really?
Of all the things I've seen or heard about Obama on the internet, NONE has hit me like this!! How can we not believe some of the charges about citizenship, religion, etc., after hearing what he says on this?
Obama said his father served in WW II? Barack's father served in WW II?

He said so in a speech. Here is an 18 second video:
CNN News clip

Is he a compulsive liar? Were there no reporters who checked or double checked these statements and called the party on this? They did for everyone else. Why not him?
Like it or not, here are the facts:
Barack Hussein Obama Sr. (Obama's father) Born: 4/4/36 Died: 11/24/82 at the age of 46. He was 5 years old when WW II started, and less than 9 1/2 yrs old when it ended.

Lolo Soetoro (Obama's step father) Born: January 2,1935 Died: 3/2/87 at the age of 52.
He was 6 years old when WW II started, and 10 years old when it ended. He must have been the youngest Veteran in the war.

Watch the video. RIGHT OUT OF HIS MOUTH!!!

And the media doesn't say anything. If you doubt it, Google both of these guys.

It appears this guy doesn't know how to tell the truth, or he doesn't care about telling the truth! Perhaps he doesn't know when he isn't telling the truth (which is also a very scary angle). Talk about STOLEN VALOR! Had this been Bush, the Media would still be on this!

The CNN clip of Obama is surprising. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that this lie wasn't uncovered, questioned or debated before the Nov. 2008 election.

Esgaldil says:
White - I certainly understand your frustration, but there is a world of difference between telling Petersen that you don't believe him and don't trust his sources and making up falsehoods of your own. Whatever anyone else said or did, it was your choice to attach your name to the original statement "[Hill] is trying to get Obama off the ballot" and by doing so you diminish your own credibility.

Next time, try finding information from a real newspaper. The Daily Record, for example, is a morning newspaper serving the New Jersey area, which does not guarantee its accuracy, but generally means that it has a financial interest in presenting factual stories that can be checked and verified. If there is no mention of a story like this in any credible source, or if you don't have the time or energy to make that kind of a search, let Petersen diminish his own credibility by his inability to provide any evidence for his assertions - you don't have to deny anything, just ask for the facts.

Yes, Garland. You brought that up on another post also. And you say it with such earnestness, as if you have proven our President to be a liar.

The word was a mistake. It was his grandfather. He knew you were far too smart to be caught up into believing that it was actually his father.
