$40 something for Jurassic Park Trilogy boxset... $5 something here at Amazon for a blu-ray.
99% of my blu-ray collection comes from amazon's less than $10 selection, including a surprising number of combo packs

The most I have spend on a singular blu-ray release would be $45 for the Monterrey Pop Festival. The most I have spent on a multi-disc release would be $60 for Twilight Zone season 1. The lease would be $5.99 for Jackie Brown and Bullitt at BB.

spent over 100 bucks on Battle Royale limited to 10.000 copies special edition from U.K. it was over a year in advance of its U.S. release, it is one purchase i do not regret. I spent 4 bucks on 2 fast 2 furious and it was 4 dollars overpriced.

Back in the day my records for Laserdiscs were-

Star Wars Definitive Collection (3 movies at the time, pre prequels)- $250
Star Wars Ep 1- The Phantom Menace (Japanese import never available in US)- $110

For BDS, I would say
$150 Bond 50 (movie set) with the Amazon exclusive book for preorder- are they still including the book?
$120 - Dick Van Dyke - Complete series
$70 - Chuck (one season) season two with the anaglyph 3D episode.
$45 - Tron Legacy 3D (one movie)

Lowest
$0 for True Blood Season five sampler (Best Buy exclusive)

Most for a single movie: $25 each for the Avatar 3D re-release and Prometheus 3D.
Most for a Box set: $60 for Star Wars: The Complete Saga. Used, but in Like New condition.
Least? $5 for Terminator 2: Skynet edition. This disc also gave me trouble with the menu. One of my BR players can't play it because the menu takes up too much memory. I had to update the firmware on my other BR player and now I can watch it.

$107 for a single disc (japanese edition) of Joe Hisaishi's Concert at Budokan. It was worth it. If you love anime and good music it's a must.

Sad to say I spent $110 to get the Thor steelbook when I wanted to complete my phase one collection - got all the other ones for $20 and less and the empty slot in the lineup was killing me so I caved

Did u notice while in the store? I would've had to give it back.

Now, a better story would be what happened to me when I bought 10 titles from amazon Black Friday before last, I also bought a lightning deal of Mad Men on blu (season 3 i think?) for $8.99

When my order went through it didnt include the lighting deal, I asked customer service to apply it and they did - but to every item in my cart, so I told him and they said it was their error and to enjoy the discount

I got a bunch of new blu (at the time) for 8.99 - one I remember was adjustment bureau, etc

I also bit on the Alien Anthology, but mine was considerably cheaper at like $60 or something in Blu-Ray, and was probably not the Egg Edition of which you speak. Other than anthologies, my most expensive single Blu-Ray was Naked Lunch, which came in at about $50. Then an addict gal stole it and several others from me. That was my reward for trying to help her. But, I digress. My cheapest was an old version of Grand Prix or Le Mans for something under 10 bucks also, but in Blu-Ray.
