Call your local librarian. They are the best book hunters!

Actually, I'm a librarian and here is how I would look for this book. Go to the advanced search page on Amazon! It is a great tool because they have such a huge catalog. Just put in all the details you mentioned here, together with anything else you may remember. It helps if you know approximately how recent the book is: within the past year? Five years?

I think it's the last 5 years I tried advanced search but it returned no books :(

OK, stupid question:
How do I get to an advanced search page on Amazon?
I don't see anything obvious.

Thanks, but I'm still having trouble. What is it called? I see:

Top Row: Amazon logo, "my" http://amazon.com, today's deals, ....
2nd Row: Shop by Department, the usual search box, ....
(and nothing obvious clicking on either of those pull-down menus)
3rd Row: Instant Videos, mp2 store, .....

I'm on the page at "www.amazon.com", by the way.

Ah ... I found it. On the main page, opened the "shop by department" pull down, went to books, and chose the link "books" from the resulting box. That leads me to
http://www.amazon.com/books-used-books-textbooks/b/ref=sa_menu_bo7?ie=UTF8&node=283155
and Advanced Search is right there in the third row.

Put something in search box then on next page advanced search

Atonement? Briony is in that...but that's not it. I've read this. Let me think...

< Put something in search box then on next page advanced search >

That's somewhat easier than what I came up with.
But (for future reference), it looks like your search has to be for a book (in the pull-down menu) to get you to a book-specific results page.
