A very sad excuse for a book, a rip off, poor illustrations. It's a duh book, duh because that's what you'll ask yourself later, DUH, why did 'I buy that duh book?

I love reporting abuse. It just thrills B's heart, especially when Ammy agrees.

@Fayina:
Your name is on the book you are promoting. Self-promtion is against Amazon Terms of Service.

Fayina, would you advocate that our children disobey rules? If not why are you shilling this book on this site. As my finger reaches for the no and the abuse buttons, I ask, what made Fayina go wrong?

@ Henri and "B": You guys are truly awesome! Thanks for supporting this forum ;).

ETA: Paint me dense Henri, I just figured it out!

Nah, I'm back to B. I apologised to Angela, sorry, I dissed her.

This is now your FOURTH attempt at spamming this forum. Please STOP.
If you are a friend, family member, or in any way shape or form, related to the author, then the posts don't belong here. If the previous sentence does not apply to you, then I would let you know that your copy and paste posts, are looking an awful lot like "spam". If you have a book to promote, then please place in on the Meet Our Authors forum:
http://www.amazon.com/forum/meet%20our%20authors/ref=cm_cd_topf_t?_encoding=UTF8&cdForum=Fx2UYC1FC06SU8S

This is a forum for "readers" to recommend other books to fellow "readers". Your post looks like an advertisement, and not a rec.

Dear G: I received the above email, but I don't know what you are talking about. I never joined or contributed to an Amazon forum. I would appreciate you forwarding the post, you say came from me. I know the difference between a forum and posting news about a book release.
Thank you.

CMP - if you got an e-mail about this post it is because for whatever reason your profile is set to track this discussion. G did not "send" you an e-mail personally, it is a post in a thread.

There should be an option in that e-mail for you to stop tracking the discussion.

@CMP: I promise I did not send you an email. I think Kindle-aholic's explanation is right on the money ;)

@ C Evans

Please do not self promote here, go to the MOA forum, it really annoys the forum users and gives all writers a bad name, also note that because of this it is unlikely to get you any sales anyway

The Sleigh by Frank Russo is a great story about the development of new cutting edge sleighs for santa's famous midnight ride. It's a warm hearted story that teaches kids it's ok to dream and think outside the box.

If you're the same Kyle who illustrated the book, this is spam. And it doesn't belong here.

Simple Twists of Faith - This book is a semi-finalist in the Amazon/Penguin Breakout Novel Contest. That means it's in the top 50 (or 1%) of 5,000 entrants. Way to go, Judy Dearborn Nill.

What does everything think of Colbert's children's book? I know it is not out yet, but what do you think of it as a book by a comedian?
