I can't believe the radio is playing some of the music they play and claim its radio friendly. Its not when all you hear is sex, killing, drugs, and so forth. Some may not like rap music, but even people who do claim that rap nowadays is crazy! Christian Rap on the otherhand brings forth a new and fresh sound to Rap music while putting Jesus in the center. Most songs encourage young people to do better and make a change to Life and not death. I heard an artist on here by the name of DaVESSEL. The song is called FIGHT. This song tells the young people that its not ok to sell drugs and have sex without being married. But, music like this will not get any radio play. I urge any of you reading this to download this song and place it in the hands of our young people.

I totally agree. I just got "Introducing ill Eagle Records" it's an incredible compilation with 6 artists Jerrell Johnson, Spec, CLiff Brown, Clok, Jabo and J-Apostle and this has to be the best thing I've heard this year! I have Lecrae rehab album and this is the only other music that I have been listening to other than that. You should check it out.

what the BIBLE says of this world. And simply live for CHRIST, be the best example unto someone who is still trapped.

I offer my ministry of music for you to check out and pass to those whom you feel will be as blessed by it as I was to create it. I dont post often on here because I dont like solicitation of any kind. My purpose is to expose new music that most are looking for. Christian rap has really begun to take things to a new level, and I really think artists like J-White and Lee Majors, like Lecrae and Trip Lee, are the future of the industry. You can check out J-White and Lee Majors here:

The 116 Clique is, by far, the best group of Christian rapper living in the world today. You will not find anyone that preaches the gospel in more blatant way through music. Just search up 116 Clique and then search each of the members. You will find some of the greatest music ever made!

I definitely agree that 116 Clique is at the top of the Christian rap game, but J-White and Lee Majors are also at that level. That much is certain.

Also wanted to throw Tedashii in the mix of great Christian rappers....everyone check out his new album "Blacklight" (on iTunes now, out everywhere on Tuesday).

In fact, I take that back...

The 116 Clique (This'l, Json, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Sho Baraka, PRo, KB, Tedashii, Flame) aren't [just] great Christian rappers. They're great rappers who love Christ. And the best part is that they are pointing people to Christ. Too often people hear "Christian Rap" or "Christian rapper" and think 'okay, it's watered down.' Wrong. These guys all can bring it as good as any secular artists while they are also preaching the message of Christ.

I agree with everyone in here. CHristian rap has come a long way from the 80's til now. I a ma big 116 clique fan. I got Tedashii's new album and it's on fiyah! I have both lecrae's rehab and overdose albums and it's the truth! I started listening to christian hip hop in 1999 and it was okay then. I was listening to gospel gangstas (I know right) But AS God would have it, I found the cross movement album at walmart. since then, it's been on like popcorn! I search for new and independent christian rap artist whose repping the KING everyday in their music. You guys should check out this dude mane muzeone. HE has an album called Cold War It's has been a blessing to hear this album!

I just looked up the word "rap" in the Webster's New World Dictionary. I did not see anything with the word "rap" that would have anything at all to do with Christian anything. Oxymoron? I vote for zero "rap". Rap is crap. Rap is a trap. Rap is crack. Pull up your pants, we don't need any moon crack!
