Christian rap-Look under the Christian rap for everyone and listen

My personal favorites are KJ-52 and T-Bone. KJ-52 did a song to Eminem called Dear Slim that got airplay on VH-1.

I like Grits. Some of their songs have a cool beat. I like my cd called hip hope 2005. They have a lot of good songs on it. I think one of the songs sounds like its from snoop dog. LOL

It really depends on what type of rap you are looking for. If you would like rappers with a reformed theology and beats out of this world, check out shai linne (esp. "The Atonement"), Timothy Brindle, Lecrae, Sho Baraka, Trip Lee, and the 116 Clique (try the "Amped" album first).

I'll simply echo some of the other suggestions . . .
Lecrae is awesome - saw him twice now at the Purple Door festival - has a powerful way of getting the truth of the Gospel across to people
Da TRUTH, John "The Tonic" Wells, and KJ-52 are good as well.
Many great Christian rap and hip-hop performers got started through the work of Cross Movement - that is a great place to start looking

Good suggestions so far. Depends on how much time you have to listen to music, lol.

I listen to Lightheaded (Othello, Ohmega Watts, Braille), The Procussions (Mr. J Medeiros, Stro the 89th Key, Rez), Shock Muzik (Pastor AD3 is smooth), 116 Clique (Lecrae, Sho Baraka, Trip Lee, Tedashii), Mr. Del, Scribbling Idiots (mostly Theory Hazit), Grits, Xross, Cross Movement, Dwayne Tryumf, Dre Murray, Fedel, Jin, Humble T.I.P., PRo, Mark J, Deepspace 5 (Sivion!!!! Mars Ill too), DJ Morph, DJ Skillspinz, M.I.A.3, Hazakim, Mark Arthur, Andale, Redeemed Thought (Stephen The Levite, muzeONE), Willie Will, Hee Sun Lee (best female rapper I've heard), D-M.A.U.B.(super fast), and just about anything J.R. collabs on are good starters. You can get a feel for each sub-genre and go from there.

Some you may not have heard of but should check out: Decipha, Kingston, Von Vargas, Dre' Sr., PND (Sareem Poems and Dirt),

Not all HHH is good hip-hop, and not all of it is holy, but you must decide what get in your "ear gate"
with the Spirit as your Guide.

Remember Philippians 4:8 and Romans 14, the whole chapter - reading is fundamental!

Much love.

The guy who sounds like Eminem is KJ-52, or Five-Tweezy.
