OSAS says:
We are living in the last days. Nations are attempting to divide the small Nation of Israel, God's land and the UN wants to declare a Palestinian State within its borders and divide God's City Jerusalem. This would give Israel indefensible borders and set her up for annihilation which is something God will never allow. The prophet's Joel and Zechariah prophesied these events thousands of years ago and warned of God's fierce judgment against all nations who take part in dividing the land, His City and those who come against His people. This includes the United States, whose government continually attempts to take steps to orchestrate Israel's division and ultimate destruction, instead of defending Israel's right to exist in its' God given land as a sovereign nation.

Jerusalem and its alternative Hebrew name Zion appear 850 times in the Old Testament and 142 Times in the New Testament for a total of 992 times in the Holy Bible. Neither the name Jerusalem nor any of the 16 various Arabic names for Jerusalem is mentioned in the Koran. In an expanded interpretation of the Koran from the 12th century, one passage is said to refer to Jerusalem.

Regarding the land that God has promised Israel, Genesis 15:18 declares, "To your descendants [Abraham's] I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates." God later confirms this promise to Abraham's son Isaac, and Isaac's son Jacob (whose name was later changed to Israel). When the Israelites were about to invade the Promised Land, God reiterated the land promise, as recorded in Joshua 1:4, "Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates - all the Hittite country - to the Great Sea on the west."

With these two passages in mind, the territory that God gave to Israel included everything from the Nile River in Egypt to Lebanon (North to South) and everything from the Mediterranean Sea to the Euphrates River (West to East). This includes all of the land modern Israel currently possesses, plus all of the land of the Palestinians (the West Bank and Gaza), plus parts of Egypt and Syria, all of Jordan, part of Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Israel currently possesses only a small percentage of the land God has promised.

In addition to the above passages, Ezekiel 47:13-48:35 recount's the Lord's measurements of the land given to the Israelites. He begins with "Thus says the Lord God: `These are the borders'" and finishes with a declaration that its capital (Jerusalem) shall be called "The Lord is There." (Ez 48:35)

Israel is the only nation on earth who has been allocated land by Almighty God with the title deed to their land recorded in the Holy Bible.

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, "Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the Euphrates." Genesis 15:18

"And I will give unto thee and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God." Genesis 17:8

God said, "And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee, and in thee shall all the families be blessed." Genesis 12:3

And again God said, "The land shall not be sold for ever, for the land is Mine, for ye are strangers and sojourners with Me." Leviticus 25:23

"I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted My land." Joel 3:2

God said: "But I have chosen Jerusalem that my name might be there; and have chosen David to be over my people." 2 Chronicles 6:11

"Thus says the Lord of hosts: "He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; [Israel] for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye." (Zech 2:8)

"The day of the Lord is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you: your deeds will return upon you own head." (Obadiah 15)

"It shall be in that day [that] I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem." Zach 12:9

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6

OSAS says:
The rising tide of anti-Semitism around the world resembles the events of the 1930's...which led to the terrible Holocaust that killed six million Jews. Why do so many people hate Israel?

Evil, demonic leaders like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad the President of Iran have spoken vividly of His plans to "wipe Israel off the map"...and he is coming dangerously close to being able to do so. President Ahmadinejad has credited the book "The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion" first published in Czarist Russia in 1903 as the reason for the way he feels about the Jewish people. Because this book has been discredited for decades as a book of slanderous lies, many Westerners dismiss it which is a terrible mistake with tragic consequences. It continues to be a best-seller in the Muslim world today, and terrorist groups like Hamas cite it favorably in their founding documents. However, the hatred of God's chosen people goes back much farther, it goes back to the time of Abraham and his sons Isaac and Ishmael. God chose Isaac, son of Sarah and His descendants to be His chosen people with whom He made His everlasting covenant. They were the first of the Hebrew/Jewish people. Then God said: "No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, [and] with his descendants after him." Genesis 17:19

God told Abraham that his first son Ishmael, son of the Egyptian bondwoman Hagar "I will make a nation because he is thy seed." [Genesis 21:13] Ishmael is considered to be the father of the Arab people. Just as there was conflict between Sarah and Hagar which resulted in Hagar leaving Abraham's home with Ishmael and returning to live in Egypt near Sinai; where Ishmael became an expert archer and married an Egyptian woman. Throughout history there continued to be conflict between the Jewish and the Arab people and this conflict will continue and there will be no lasting peace in the world until the return of Jesus Christ when He will set up His kingdom on earth and peace will finally reign supreme.

"When the season of winter has had its effect, again the spiritual springtime returns, and a new cycle appears. Spiritual breezes blow, the luminous dawn gleams, the divine clouds give rain, the rays of the Sun of Reality shine forth, the contingent world attains unto a new life and is clad in a wonderful garment. All the signs and the gifts of the past springtime reappear, with perhaps even greater splendor in this new season."

TDM:'Time will tell won't it!'

That's already happened:

There have been thousands of such 'prophesies', and the record on them is perfect: Perfectly WRONG.

There is no good *reason* to expect anything different from the present generation of snake oil peddlars.

"The divine religions are like the progression of the seasons of the year. When the earth becomes dead and desolate and because of frost and cold no trace of vanished spring remains, the springtime dawns again and clothes everything with a new garment of life. The meadows become fresh and green, the trees are adorned with verdure and fruits appear upon them. Then the winter comes again, and all the traces of spring disappear. This is the continuous cycle of the seasons -- spring, winter, then the return of spring. But though the calendar changes and the years move forward, each springtime that comes is the return of the springtime that has gone; this spring is the renewal of the former spring. Springtime is springtime, no matter when or how often it comes.

The divine Prophets are as the coming of spring, each renewing and quickening the teachings of the Prophet Who came before Him. Just as all seasons of spring are essentially one as to newness of life, vernal showers and beauty, so the essence of the mission and accomplishment of all the Prophets is one and the same. Now the people of religion have lost sight of the essential reality of the spiritual springtime. They have held tenaciously to ancestral forms and imitations, and because of this there is variance, strife and altercation among them.

Therefore, we must now abandon these imitations and seek the foundation of the divine teachings; and inasmuch as the foundation is one reality, the divergent religionists must agree in it so that love and unity will be established among all people and denominations."

Like I said time will tell! I believe God's Word, it is acurate and true and to those of us who have studied prophecy both Biblical and Islamic, things are falling into place just as the Bible said would happen in the last days for those of us who know what to look for.

-That which is asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.-

'I believe God's Word, it is acurate and true and to those of us who have studied prophecy both Biblical and Islamic, things are falling into place just as the Bible said would happen in the last days for those of us who know what to look for.'

Self fulfilling confirmation bias. many generations did exactly what you claiming to do, and yet, EVERY ONE OF THEM WAS WRONG !

WTF makes YOU so special ? The answer is, of course, this sort of delusion is based on the fundy theist's own raging narcissism. That is why they MUST insist that these things HAVE TO happen while THEY are around. It's ego and delusion, all conveniently mixed in one toxic cocktail is factless insanity.

Here's what's really going to happen:

TDM (and all of us) will continue to get older. Years will pass by. Then decades. None of the horse droppings that you're predicting here will come to pass. You won't really understand why not, but you'll attributed it to "god's timeline". You will get to the twilight of your life and still no one-world government, no rapture, no anti-Christ. White House administrations with come and go. The country will swing right, then left, then back again. Out kids will grow up. They will adapt to a world that we, more and more, have a hard time comprehending. And then, in the last moments, you'll recognize that none of what you're predicting here has even come close to coming to pass.

The funny thing is that you will probably be able to perform the mental gymnastics you use to reconcile all the world events (that only you can apparently interpret) with reality.

Out of all the prophecy and prediction you've spewed on this forum, the above has a far greater chance of coming true.
