Brad:

Everyone has "bad luck" in his/her life.

What exactly do you mean by the "bad luck" you are putting on these people, and how will one be able to tell if any "bad luck" they encounter is within the realm of that which might be experienced by an average person, of if it is a result of your "sentence"?

Brad Watson, Miami says: "Do you believe in the goal of world unity and world peace?"

You're about 150 years late if you want to lead that charge, but we can always use more help.

Basic Teachings of Bahá'u'lláh
Bahá'u'lláh taught that there is one God whose successive revelations of His will to humanity have been the chief civilizing force in history. The agents of this process have been the Divine Messengers whom people have seen chiefly as the founders of separate religious systems but whose common purpose has been to bring the human race to spiritual and moral maturity.

Humanity is now coming of age. It is this that makes possible the unification of the human family and the building of a peaceful, global society. Among the principles which the Bahá'í Faith promotes as vital to the achievement of this goal are

*the abandonment of all forms of prejudice
*assurance to women of full equality of opportunity with men
*recognition of the unity and relativity of religious truth
*the elimination of extremes of poverty and wealth
*the realization of universal education
*the responsibility of each person to independently search for truth
*the establishment of a global commonwealth of nations
*recognition that true religion is in harmony with reason and the pursuit of scientific knowledge

Ryan S. Hupp says:
Let's take these one at a time, shall we?

"Do you believe in GOD?"
No. I worship a teapot hurling through the void of space in an elliptical orbit between those of Earth and Mars.

"Do you believe in the goal of world unity and world peace?"
Yes, and I'll kill any bastard that stands in my way.

"Do you believe in saving Mother Earth?"
It's a lost cause. Mother Earth so fat when she sits around the equator, she sits AROUND the equator.

"Do you believe that Jesus was the Christ?"
THE Christ? Nah. A Christ? Sure, why not?

"Do you believe in the scientific method?"
Yes.

"Karma?"
No. See above re: scientific method.

"Reincarnation?"
No. Ibid.

"Extraterrestrial life?"
I suppose it's possible, but it's more likely to be boring ol' prokaryotes than sexxxy blue catpeople teaching us to Luv.

Ryan S. Hupp says:
"Ah, you think everything in this universe is 'random'"
Not entirely random- God plays Yahtzee with the universe.

"You think it's funny to mock GOD"
Guilty!

"and those that believe that 'everything is connected'."
Look, I don't care what the Academy says, Crash was f***ing terrible.

"GOD - the 'universal quantum computer'"
I thought that was VALIS?

"The scientific method has been used to prove that GOD exists"
I must have missed this. Where did you publish? Who verified your results?

"I AM Christ 2 (E=mc2)"
CHOOSE YOUR OWN JOKE
a) Christ 2: Electric Boogaloo
b) Christ 2: The Quickening
c) 2 Christ 2 Furious
d) Christ: First Blood Part II
And would you mind explaining how one part of that statement follows on from the other? Or are we just making ridiculous statements and supporting them with unrelated formulae? In that case, I AM the very model of a modern major general (a2+b2=c2).

"the law of karma is as real as the law of gravity"
Use it to make a testable prediction. Go on, I'll wait.

"Sentence: very bad luck for the rest of your life"
Oh no! Vague, ill-defined Bad Stuff!

"then 374 years reincarnated as hyenas just for your actions here"
Badass. Can I be a female hyena? They're awesome.

"(you have many more sins)"
And since you're Jesus, I'm sure you can tell me what they are. Specifically. Name names.

"Ryan, are you interested in partaking in a science-religious experiment?"
Am I?! Gosh, mister, that'd be swell!

Acts5v29 says:
Good afternoon Jettos,

Christ does not return to judge unsuspecting people, but his judging will be carried out during his reign - when it eventually begins.

For those who wonder why the first post was made, it is a response to a post I made (7 Seals revelaed as being beyond Einstein#213) where I warned the poster of the dangers of judgement:

===
As for judgement, you might recall the scripture where Jesus Christ says:

"Do not judge in order that you will not be judged"
---- that is, do not judge another in order to set yourself up as a judge to avoid due criticism.
"because whatever such judgement you use will be meted out to you"
{Matthew 7:1-2}

I have no fear of your judgement, as you do not have the authority to do so, but perhaps our Lord's words above should give you cause to breathe deeply for a moment and contemplate.
===

The poster displaced the danger onto another unpopular judge instead. As the Christ once said: "there are none so blind as those who will not see"

If you want to know about the real judgement Jettos - and Christ's real return - you can contact me via my profile.
