Lady Zu'l says:

Are you typically a night-owl, or was this a divergence from the norm for you? I know that given a few days strung together, both the Zguy and I can easily slip into night-owl mode, which is then a beetch when trying to transition back to work-a-day hours (early to bed, early to rise).

Yeah, that's about what it's like for me; usually, I'm in bed and asleep by midnight, at the latest, but sometimes I just can't get to sleep and I toss and turn til finally I just give in and get up. Then, by 5 or 6 A.M., I'm so tired I have to go back to bed and try to get 3-4 hours sleep, (not always easy for me), just to get through to early evening, by wihich time I'm so exhausted I'm asleep by 7 or 8 and up again by 2 or 3 in the morning...and the cycle begins again. It's a crazy, mixed up, life that I lead, I tell you!!
