From Wiki: 'An insufferable lack of money and the hostility of his superiors led him to commit suicide...'

I think we can all relate to those problems --

Some more for October 30 (making use of Wikipedia). I've never heard any of the following names:

Karl Emanuel Klitzsch
30 October 1817 - Germany. Organist, composer and music critic. Worked with Schumann für the "Neue Zeitschrift für Musik", published under the pseudonym Emanuel Kronach; no more information on Wiki, no mention of works

More information:

Sven David Sandström
30 October 1942 - Sweden. Composed for example an opera, orchestral works, a requiem, chamber music, new arrangements of motets by Bach, a new "Messias" (using the same text as Handel), film music.

Not composers, but performers and conductors: Today is the birthday of Frans Brüggen (1934) and René Jacobs (1946) - at least I know these two ...

The problem with astrology being rubbish is that behind a few zodiacal windows advanced tech/civs might be hitting us (unintentionally) with their advanced forms of energy.

It's true that the astrologers got the mechanisms wrong, but their correlated alignments and timings might be helpful anyway.

there have been studies that show a correlation between weather conditions while pregnant and the attributes of the child.
For example,
babies born in the fall tend to be more 'robust' than babies born in the spring.
this doesn't mean it is due to 'astrology' and like anything averages like this don't really work to work too well in predicting individual results, but one shouldn't totally dismiss the idea that the actual birthday may be a pointer towards certain traits.

Bejart - Holleschau is now Holesov, a little town between Zlin and Kromeriz in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. Quite pretty actually (Zlin isn't unless you like modern stuff!)

Fear not. We all know you are well-rounded. I, for one, am astounded at the number of composers you present that I've never even heard of, though! I am indebted to you for several discoveries. Thanks.
