Ace - all that tropical air, sand and tanned half nekked males trooping around the isle. Just what the doctor ordered.
Getting there is another matter.

gina's mother probably just announced to gina that's she getting yet ANOTHER sack of potatoes (from the sale bin, of course) for christmas!

ms wiggles started a cool thread a couple years back about the terrible gifts people have received.... i posted about how my grandmother (!) gave me an ASHTRAY for my 10th birthday!! it was a pretty shell, with another shell as the base and a third, smaller shell for the place to rest the cig. when my father realized what it was, he grabbed it from my hands, broke off the little shell and said "here.... NOW it's a 'pin tray!!'" (acey "sorta" remembers a time when women had pin trays to hold their bobby pins!)

Dear Amigos,
I have been very bizzy finding a suitable new home (as far away from ME as possible) for my darlin' mother.

I got a big box with air holes.....the ones they use for Tasmanian Devils, & extra strong shipping tape. My plan is to send Mommy Dearest to Samoa where Miss Pony is having her wedding in december.

I thought a "Mother of the Bride" was called for & mummy has made it clear that she is SICK & TIRED of me so.....Buh-bye mamacita!

But I'm having some problems getting FedEx to take her.
She's a bit cranky & rowdy. And she keeps slapping them aside the head & telling them the RIGHT way to do things.

I'll check in when I can.....I'm at LAX with a wad of hundreds TRYING my darndest to BRIBE some baggage handler to toss this box on the first plane crossing the Pacific.
Wish me LUCK!

You'll be alright. There's nothing like being spanked by your mother.
