My dad is looking for a P&S in order to revamp his restaurant menu. He has a Canon Rebel, but considers it bulky, plus he's a beginner anyways, so it's not the most user-friendly camera laying around.
He will obviously be shooting indoor during the daytime, so I'm not concerned about low light or anything like that. He'd like a big LCD screen, but looks like 2.7" is standard? A P&S that is known for its great focus on close-up details or the likes would sound most appropriate.
Looking at the bestsellers list is a bit overwhelming for me! Most of them all look the same to me... just need a decent P&S that's worth the price & is easy to use for my dad.
