Chicken Nachos

A fresh look at verbal and emotional abuse. (A topic too often swept under the rug..) Not your ordinary "self-help" fodder.. fun.. easy to read.. and sobering all at the same time. .. a bit like the roller-coaster ride of an abusive relationship and insight to what really happens behind closed doors. I'd be interested in anyone who might be willing to share their Chicken Nachos moment ... Years of hiding the verbal and emotional abuse and surviving any way possible.. .. it was the "straw that broke the camel's back".. not the gas-lighting, the constant belittling, the disregard for the "target" in every way, not the affairs, not the .. not the.. not the.. If you ever have been in, fear you are in, or know someone living with a verbally abusive relationship... Read Chicken Nachos!! Men are abused too.. not a man bashing book.. but a wake-up call to individuals and society.. Love to hear from you..

A comprehensive review of divorce: its causes, consequences, and
conclusions - drawing upon lessons of over 100 celebrities and
many others.

Seems to be exactly what I need (see reviews); this book covers all
aspects of divorce with much needed wit and humor.

Looks interesting. Should be linked to Chicken Nachos.. a book of lessons that takes you from the initial denial through avoidance.. through losing oneself in the abuse.. to the "trigger" to leave.. and then the walk through the divorce. A divorce stress syndrome? I believe it!! Especially having been through it myself. Any chance you know the author of this one? I think the authors should swap stories..
