I have Amazon Prime and I've been watching Doctor Who with it. I was halfway through season 4, now I'm seeing the only seasons with Prime are 1 and 2... did they remove the rest for some reason?????

John Ireland says:
It seems like they did, I was partway through the season, too. LAME.

RML says:
Yeah! What happened? My son and I were almost through Season 3. Hopefully, it's mistake on Amazon's part and they'll provide some clarification.

I was about to watch the last episode of season 3 when it stopped streaming. I agree it is completely lame that Amazon did this. It appears it has been done with other BBC programming.

WOW! I am sorry to hear this...
I have purchased the seasons as I don't really watch anything much other than Doctor Who & Sarah Jane Adventures.
I was sure to either only BUY the DVD hardcopy or BUY the Streaming Version (Season 6 only so far).
But NOW ... I am in DOUBT of buying the Streaming Version.

Amazon happily submitted press releases proclaiming they now have a contract with Viacom and can offer Jersey Shore, The Real World, and other MTV trash to their Prime members, but left out that they let other contracts expire.

Boo! There's no comparison! Bring back Doctor Who!

I don't belong to Prime. I really only watch Doctor Who and just a few other things..
You can buy the streaming version of the WHOLE season ... but it might be just as cheap for you to buy the hard copy DVD.

Hmm... Jersey Shore > BBC? Time to dump Amazon Prime for me.

I got nothing against Amazon so this whole thing is pretty unfortunate. Oh well. I'll probably use my free 1-month Netflix trial eventually and just watch it on there.

I'll too try to cram as much Who into my free Netflix trial. :-) Get this? After Doctor Who was dropped, I began watching "Seven Brides for Seven Brothers". I was going to finish it this morning... and amazon prime dropped THAT too! It would almost be funny if I hadn't JUST signed up for my year membership.

HUH! Maybe ... DVDs in my hot little hand WOULD be a better way to go!
I didn't buy the hard copies of the Last season of Doctor Who - just bought streaming.
Then I can watch on the laptop even if the electricity goes out! HA!
That is the way most of my Doctor Who is anyway.. I have two full shelves worth!
AND I purchased some sci-fi B movies to laugh at!
And the program The Seeker season 1, now to get season 2! ;-D
