I am a middle school Spanish teacher (grades 6-8) who is always on the lookout for good resources and materials. I have used Pobre Ana as well as the TPR and TPRS methods. Does anyone have any good resources that have worked well for them?

I also teach beginning Spanish, to 8th graders. There are many free podcasts for teaching Spanish that you can find on iTunes - I am thinking of assigning them as homework for my students this next year. I also like Jose Luis Orozco - his songs are somewhat preschool oriented, but they are very repetitive and thematic. Towards the end of the year, my students created puppet shows around familiar fairy tales - http://www.cuentosdegrimm.com/ - that they wrote themselves using simplified language. I have only taught Spanish for two years and they were extremely different from each other in terms of what my students were capable of.
